Born on November 30, 1972 in Yerevan
1980-1990 studied at A.P. Chekhov’s Number 55 School
1990-1995 studied at Yerevan State Linguistic University after V.Bryusov
Activity
1994-1995 worked at the Yerevan stock exchange
1995-1997 served in the Armenian Armed Forces.
1998-1999 worked at the Ministry of Privatization of the RA as a leading specialist.
2000-2002 worked at the Ministry of Transport and Communication of the RA, Assistant to the Minister
2002-2014 Director of the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Alexandria, Egypt, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation
