Biography
1959 Born in Yerevan
1977-1982 studied at Yerevan’s Economics Institute
2001 participated at the Council of Europe and UNESCO Seminars held in Moscow, themed “Marketing and Business Planning” and “Cultural Productivity and Protection of Author’s Copyrights”. She also participated in Council of Europe and UNESCO seminars held in Strasburg, themed “budget planning within the field of culture”.
2003 She participated to a Seminar held by the Armenian Finance Ministry titled “Governing plans and programs”
2004 She took courses of sophistication in Yerevan
2009 She took courses of sophistication in Moscow’s State Cultural University
Speaks fluent Armenian and Russian, and conversational French.
Can use Word and Excel programs.

1979 worked at the Ministry of Culture as Economist
1984 was titled vicar leader of economic planning at the Ministry of Culture.
2008 was honored first class adviser of the state.
From 2008 till she is vicar leader of cultural planning and monitoring.
Married, has one child.
