Biography

Born on April 14, 1989 in Yerevan. From 1995 to 1999 has studied at Yerevan’s number 79 elementary school. From 1999 to 2007 has studied at Yerevan’s state dance institute, from 2006 to 2011 at Yerevan’s theatre and film state institute’s dance faculty. From 2004 till he works as leading ballet dancer at the Opera and Ballet National Academic Theatre named after Al. Spendiaryan.

Awards

In 2007 he participated at Brazil’s Joinville city’s competition where he gained 3rd place and awarded a bronze medal.

In 2008 he participated the 2nd international competition named after Y. Grigorovich in Sochi where he gained first place and a golden medal.

In 2010 he was awarded with the “Movses Khorenatsi” medal of the Republic of Armenia.

Tours

He was invited to the United States with Moscow’s “Great Theatre” where he played the role of Spartak in “Spartak”. He has also played in Spain, Italy, France. In 2013 he has cooperated with Tbilisi’s Z. Pavliashvili National Academic Theatre.
